Chairs/ Creative Stations/MTA/ArtsforTransit. Chairs installed in a “cage” in Union Square Station. Eight foot tall, Chairs encrusted with lace and gel-thickened paint appear fragile but are very strong. So strong they have to be contained in a cage!
